Science students have been taking part in lots of fun and educational activities and interesting experiments. Year 1 and 2 students have been bug collecting and have been learning all about flowers.
Year 3 and 4 students have been looking at how humans can damage the earth, the reduction of the frozen Arctic and the effects of oil spillages. This morning our students had great fun playing tennis at the Manchester Tennis and Football Centre in Sportcity, which is part of our extra-curricular activities that will take place every Tuesday morning in shaa Allaah.
Developed in 2002, Sportcity consists of world-class sporting venues, and has the largest concentration of venues in Europe. Our students receive high quality coaching, which enables them to improve their tennis skills and techniques.

Key stage three maths students are progressing well. Since returning from half term students have been learning about measures, perimeter and area, as well as revising over topics they have already completed. They have produced some excellent metric conversion posters, whilst also taking note of important area formulae.
Our young learners have been learning all about Autumn in class, and have been having lots of fun playing and collecting colourful leaves. Whilst in class they have also been practising drawing their circle shapes.
We would like to welcome all the children, and also extend our warm welcome to new sign ups. We hope to get motoring with all our kids.

A great Thursday afternoon was had by all at the Tuition Club at our first end of term book collection. All parents were invited to come and collect a variety of workbooks, which will be used in lessons to support and aid the learning of their children.

We have come to the end of another week here at the Tuition Club alhamdulillaah, and some excellent work has been produced in all subjects. From acid rain leaflets in science, to learning about rural and urban areas in geography; students have not only been learning but have been having fun along the way.
We can offer boys from the ages of 9-11 the following subjects starting from the 5th of October

We have some excellent news for all the home schooling parents out there! By the grace and mercy if Allah our trials for the tuition centre were a great success and we learnt a lot. As a result we are able to offer a full time tuition centre commencing the week beginning Monday 28th September.
We hope to use this time to plan and prepare thoroughly for the upcoming term and ensure everything in our support home school support package, is in line with the National Curriculum. Watch this space! Read more [...]
We are aiming to establish a Home School Tuition Club that caters for the main core subjects – Maths, English and Science, with the structure and material based on the National Curriculum. In order to achieve this we would like to start a trial run to establish the exact logistics for a tuition centre / part time school.
