My Family & I in Arabic

Students have been learning new verbs, nouns and adjectives that enable them to describe themselves and members of their family!

Pictured below are just two excellent examples of the work produced by our home-schooled students in which they describe their appearance and personality, with one student writing about herself ‘I have brown hair and I wear a purple dress and pink shoes. I don’t wear glasses or a hat.’

Students have also utilised their new-found knowledge of masculine and feminine nouns and adjectives in describing their fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters, with one student in particular using the masculine form of the adjectives حنون  (kind) and كريم (generous) to describe her father.
