Milk/Fruit & Fitness Program
Tuition Club are delighted to offer students the opportunity to drink milk and have fresh fruit this term.
We have introduced this healthy initiative to aid in promoting a healthy diet for all. Also, as part of overall development and the importance for good health, Tuition Club have introduced physical exercise.
Physical development prepares children to be physically and mentally active, fit and healthy for life. It involves providing opportunities for young children to be active and interactive; and to develop their co-ordination, control, and movement. We feel that physical exercise and a healthy diet are important factors to the overall well-being of children.
Alhamdullilah we have already seen the benefits from introducing the above and look forward to further aiding the students in their overall development and general good health.
