Fun Science Activities!

Science students have been taking part in lots of fun and educational activities and interesting experiments. Year 1 and 2 students have been bug collecting and have been learning all about flowers.

Year 3 and 4 students have been looking at how humans can damage the earth, the reduction of the frozen Arctic and the effects of oil spillages. Students dipped feathers into oiled water, to discuss what might happen to sea birds if there was an oil spill. They have also been learning about flowers and made some beautifully decorated flower books.

Whilst, Year 5 and 6 students have been learning all about healthy eating and have been investigating heart rates.
